ABOUT US

Our Company was founded in 1983 and is currently owned by TRK legacy Holdings, LLC. Condor Welding’s most valuable asset is our customers. We have pledged to surpass our customers’ expectations for quality and service. Condor Welding works to the high standards of the American Welding Society Codes and Standards.

Condor Welding is operated by Shawn Bouscher. Mr. Bouscher has a Welding Engineering Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and multiple AWS and ASME weld qualifications. He is also an AWS Certified Welding Inspector. Over the last 32 years Shawn has worked in the steel mills of Cleveland as a Local 18 Operating Engineer journeyman welder, almost a decade in the fossil fuel and nuclear power generation industry as a welding engineer and manager and seventeen years in automotive manufacturing. He retired recently from General Motors, Lordstown where he was a shift welding engineer overseeing the welding, brazing and adhesive joining for the Chevy Cruze.
